Your journey starts with a luxury pickup from anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, etc.) or from a hotel near Niagara Falls.

1:30 PM – Niagara Falls

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Contact Niagara Falls Tour via phone or email to modify or cancel your private tour. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Punctuality: Arriving late and missing the tour results in no refund. Niagara Falls Tour will provide your pickup time and location via email.
• Tour Cancellations: If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour at no extra cost if done within 24 hours of booking.
• Vehicle Upgrades/Downgrades: If you choose to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to cover the price difference. If you switch to a smaller vehicle, the difference will be refunded to your credit card.
• Vehicle Breakdowns: In the rare case of a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will arrange a replacement vehicle to continue your tour. No refunds will be provided for time lost due to vehicle changes. If the tour is cancelled due to a vehicle issue, a full refund will be issued.
