• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
• Punctuality is required—if you arrive late and miss your tour, no refund will be provided.
• Weather & Unexpected Changes: If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• Free rescheduling is available within 24 hours of booking.
• Vehicle Upgrades: If you wish to switch to a larger vehicle, you can pay the difference. If you switch to a cheaper private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference.
• In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will arrange an alternative vehicle to continue your tour. No refund will be provided for time lost. However, if the tour must be canceled, you will receive a full refund.
