Try your luck at Casino Niagara, where you can play slot machines and table games. You may also catch a live entertainment show, such as a concert or theatrical performance. (Casino entry and attractions are not included in the tour price.)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to modify or cancel your tour, please call or email us.

• • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive an 80% refund.

• • Cancellations within 7 days of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee (including taxes).

• • If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm your pickup time and location via email.

• • If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

• • Rescheduling is free of charge if requested within 24 hours of booking.

Tour Upgrades & Changes

• • If you need a larger vehicle, you will be required to pay the difference in cost.

• • If you switch to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

• • If a tour is rescheduled, the cancellation policy will apply based on the original purchase date and tour start time.

Vehicle Breakdown Policy

In the rare case of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to continue your tour by dispatching another vehicle. However, no refunds will be issued for time lost or changes in the vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
