We offer pickups from any hotel or B&B in Oakville in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• To change the date or cancel your Oakville to Niagara Falls private tour for up to 4 people, please contact TourBees by phone or email.
• Customers who cancel at least 24 hours in advance will receive a FULL REFUND.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will NOT be eligible for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for arriving on time. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or missed tours. TourBees will confirm your pickup time and location via email.
• If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND.
• Rescheduling is free of charge if done within 24 hours of booking.
• If you switch to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the price difference. If you switch to a less expensive private tour, TourBees will refund the difference.
• In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, alternative transportation will be arranged, but no refunds will be issued for lost time. If the tour is canceled due to a breakdown, a FULL REFUND will be provided.
