Treat Yourself to an Amazing Light Show in Niagara Falls
On summer evenings, Niagara Falls is illuminated with spectacular colors, and at 10 p.m., you can enjoy a dazzling fireworks display over the Falls.
On our Niagara Falls Day and Evening Tour from Oakville to Niagara Falls, you will board the Voyage to the Falls Cruise by Hornblower, where you’ll get up close and personal with Niagara Falls. The Voyage to the Falls Cruise is one of the most popular attractions, as it allows visitors to witness the power of the Falls up close (rain ponchos are provided to keep you dry). Niagara Falls Tour passengers receive VIP access to the Hornblower boat, skipping long lines.
Next, we take a step back in time and visit the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. This Victorian-era town has retained much of its 19th-century architecture. You’ll learn about its history and visit some notable monuments.
No Oakville to Niagara Falls Day and Evening Tour is complete without experiencing a winery tour, where you’ll see how grapes are grown, crushed, and pressed to produce some of the world’s finest wines.
Finally, during the summer and fall, you will witness a dazzling fireworks display over Niagara Falls (Fireworks begin at 10 PM from May 20, 2023, to October 10, 2023, every day) before being dropped off back in Oakville.
Enjoy the spectacular fireworks display and nightly Falls Illumination in stunning Niagara Falls, with its beautiful lights set against the world-famous natural wonder. The Winter Festival of Lights Fireworks will begin on November 18th and continue every Friday and Saturday at 8:00 p.m.. From December 22 to January 7, 2024, fireworks will be held every night. Free pickup from anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. The tour is conducted in small groups. The drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls takes approximately 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
Our first stop is the Whirlpool Rapids, where the powerful Niagara River channels into the Niagara Gorge, forming a natural whirlpool that spins in a counterclockwise motion.
Experience the Voyage to the Falls Cruise with Fast Track access via the Funicular Incline Railway. This attraction is seasonal and unavailable during winter months.
No visit to Niagara is complete without a wine tasting at one of the region’s world-renowned wineries. Enjoy complimentary table wine (or grape juice) and learn about Canadian Ice Wine production. Don’t forget to purchase a bottle or two as a souvenir of your Oakville to Niagara Falls Evening Tour.
Explore Niagara-on-the-Lake, which was named “The Prettiest Town in Canada” by Communities in Bloom. Visit the World’s Smallest Chapel, a unique photo opportunity that many tours do not include.
Stop at Queenston Heights, an extensive hillside area on the Niagara Escarpment featuring a beautifully landscaped park and the 190-foot classical column containing Sir Isaac Brock’s grave. This site marks the historic Battle of Queenston Heights during the War of 1812.
