Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Free cancellation with full refund if made at least 48 hours prior to the tour.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
• No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Pickup time and location will be confirmed via email.
• In case of weather or unforeseen cancellations, a full refund will be issued.
• Free rescheduling within 24 hours of booking.
• If switching to a larger or smaller vehicle, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Fall Tour will dispatch a replacement vehicle to continue the tour. No refunds for time lost, but a full refund will be issued if the tour is entirely cancelled.
