Upon arrival, enjoy the magnificent views of Niagara Falls. Take photos, feel the mist, or go on your favorite attraction. Then break for lunch at a local restaurant of your choice (lunch not included).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Modifications/Cancellations: Contact Niagara Falls Tour via phone or email to change or cancel your tour. Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
• Punctuality: Please be on time. Late arrivals that miss the tour will not receive a refund. Pickup details will be confirmed via email.
• Tour Cancellations: In case of extreme weather or other unforeseen events, you’ll be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule at no charge if done within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability.
• Vehicle Changes: Upgrades to a larger vehicle require payment of the difference; downgrades result in a refund of the difference.
• Vehicle Issues: If there’s a breakdown, we’ll send a replacement vehicle to continue the tour. No refund for time lost, but a full refund is issued if the tour must be cancelled.
