• Upgrades to a larger vehicle are possible with a price adjustment, and there are no additional processing fees.
• If you switch to a lower-cost tour, the difference will be refunded.
• In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange alternate transportation. However, time lost cannot be refunded. If the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown, a full refund will be provided.
