Tour Begins – Pickup from Hotel or Specified Location

Your tour starts with a pickup from your Hamilton hotel or a specified location in one of our luxury vehicles. The pickup time is entirely up to you!

Niagara Falls

Your custom tour arrives at Niagara Falls, where you can take in the stunning views and explore at your own pace. You can also head to one of the many restaurants for a delicious lunch (lunch is not included in the tour price).

Casino Niagara

Try your luck at Casino Niagara, where you can enjoy slots and table games or take in live entertainment such as concerts or theatre productions.
(Casino attractions are not included in the tour price.)

Winery (Optional Add-on)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you need to change or cancel your tour, please call or email us.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive an 80% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Late Arrivals

• Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their private tour.
• If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided.
• Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.

Tour Cancellations Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

• If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.
• You can reschedule your tour at no additional cost, but this must be done within 24 hours of booking.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Tour Vehicle

• If you upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the price difference.
• If you downgrade to a smaller vehicle, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference.
• There are no additional processing fees.

Vehicle Breakdown Policy

• In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to continue the tour (a replacement vehicle may be sent).
• No refund will be provided for any lost time or change in vehicle type.
• If the tour is completely canceled due to a bus breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.
