Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please reach out via phone or email.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for an 80% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee (including taxes).
• No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival. Niagara Falls Tour will email you your confirmed pickup time and location.
• If a tour is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen issues, you’ll be notified right away and given a full refund via your original payment method.
• Rescheduling is free of charge if done within 24 hours of booking.
• Switching to a larger vehicle will require payment of the price difference. No extra processing fees apply.
• If switching to a lower-priced tour, the balance will be refunded to your credit card.
• In rare cases of vehicle breakdowns, we’ll do everything possible to continue your trip, including dispatching a replacement vehicle. No refunds are provided for delays or vehicle changes. However, if the tour is canceled entirely due to a breakdown, you’ll receive a full refund.
