• Punctuality: If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided. Your pickup time and location will be confirmed via email.
• Tour Cancellations: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour free of charge if requested within 24 hours of booking.
• Vehicle Upgrades/Downgrades: If you upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will pay the price difference. If you switch to a smaller vehicle, the difference will be refunded.
• Vehicle Breakdowns: If a vehicle breakdown occurs, Niagar Falls Tour will arrange for a replacement vehicle. No refunds will be issued for time lost due to vehicle changes. If the tour is cancelled due to vehicle issues, a full refund will be provided.
