Pickup Information

We provide pickup and drop-off services from all hotels and B&Bs in the Oakville area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you need to change or cancel your tour, please call or email us.
• Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 7 days in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee (including taxes).
• You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you miss the tour due to lateness, no refund will be issued. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.
• If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• Rescheduling is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.
• Should you need to upgrade to a larger vehicle for your private tour, you’ll need to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. No additional processing fees apply. If you downgrade to a less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
• In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour. No refund will be issued for lost time or vehicle changes. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
