• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be refunded.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late and miss your tour, no refund will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm your pickup time and location via email.
• Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund via your original payment method.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your tour free of charge within 24 hours of booking.
• Upgrading Your Vehicle: If you wish to switch to a larger vehicle, you will be required to pay the price difference. No additional processing fees apply.
• Downgrading Your Tour: If you switch to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour  will refund the difference to your credit card.
• Vehicle Breakdowns: In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue your tour (another vehicle will be sent if necessary). No refund will be provided for lost time or changes in transportation. However, if the tour is canceled due to a breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.
